Hello, I am Nicks, I hold a space for humans and horses to unwind, realign, and come back to themselves.

I live on a small farm in Wiltshire with a herd of horses, and a family I love. I am a mother, a wife, a friend and someone who has spent much of her life exploring what it means to be alive. 

​

Though my trainings have been key to where I am now, it is my life experiences and the journey through various physical symptoms, addictions,  emotional 'reactions' to old stories that has got me here. 

I was given the choice about 8 years ago to slow down and listen or keep going at the insane pace many of us live and get ill.  I was diagnosed with lupus. Instead of managing it, I decided to listen to it. That decision changed everything and it’s why I do what I do. Thanks to the horses I chose to explore  slowing down enough to listen: to my body, to each of them, to the intelligence that lives in the natural world when we stop talking over it.

Qualified in Hatha and Kundalini yoga, Qigong, reflexology, IIN health coaching, Accunect, Dr Sue Morter’s Energy Codes, the BioCharger and the Colour Mirror System, I have done the work but I can say that honestly the real work has never happened in a training room, it has happened in the field.

​

What I can offer you. 

I can hold/facilitate a safe, loving and nourishing space for you to do the healing that is yours to do. I bring movement, breathwork, colour, reflexology, the BioCharger, the land and the animals and I feel incredibly privileged to be able to sprinkle the extra bit of magic over each offering with the presence of the horses. They have been, and continue to be, my greatest teachers.
